Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated, all products sold through Alli Homemaker are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.
After your purchase is complete, you will receive access to download your files. Please download and save your files promptly, as download availability may vary depending on the platform used to process your purchase.
It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid email address during checkout and that your device is capable of opening the file formats provided.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Because digital files are delivered immediately after purchase, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be offered once a purchase has been completed.
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once or experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your files, please contact me. I will do my best to resolve the issue promptly.

File Access & Technical Support
If you experience problems downloading your files, receive a corrupted file, or believe you received the wrong product, please contact me within 14 days of purchase.
While I cannot provide technical support for every device, printer, software program, or cutting machine, I will gladly help ensure you receive the correct files.

Product Colors & Printing
Colors and print quality may vary depending on your monitor, printer, paper, ink, software, and printer settings.
I cannot guarantee that printed products will appear exactly as shown on your screen.

Product Updates
From time to time, products may be updated or improved.
Unless specifically stated at the time of purchase, purchasing a product does not guarantee access to future updates, additions, or revised versions.

Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized copying, sharing, redistribution, resale, or commercial use of any Alli Homemaker product violates this policy and applicable copyright laws.
I reserve the right to revoke access to digital products or refuse future sales to anyone found violating these terms.
